Nature of Our Platform
AI SoloHR is an HR operations and administrative productivity platform. AI-generated outputs, automated checklists, and timeline reminders are strictly drafts designed for human review and do not constitute professional legal, medical, tax, or benefits advice. Customers remain fully and uniquely responsible for all final employment actions, compliance decisions, employee communications, and record accuracy.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our platform must only be utilized for lawful small-business HR administration in accordance with state and federal regulations. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the service for any malicious or non-compliant operations.
- No automated hiring or firing — Automated HR decision-making without explicit human evaluation is strictly prohibited
- No unauthorized uploads — Users must not upload third-party private records without verified administrative consent
- No security circumvention — Attempting to bypass workspace isolation boundaries or sharing active administrator credentials is a violation
Subscription and Access
By creating an account, your organization agrees to our subscription pricing plans managed via Stripe. Failed payments or cancellation will result in a 30-day graceful preservation of your database records, after which cases and associated PDFs will be permanently scrubbed from our Cloudflare R2 storage containers.
