Trial and Cancellation grace

All subscriptions for AI SoloHR offer a fully transparent 14-day free trial. There is no credit card required to start, meaning there are zero automated fallback charges. If you decide to purchase a plan, you can cancel at any time directly through your Billing Settings panel powered by Stripe. Access remains open until the end of your billing cycle.

Refund Eligibility Standards

Because we offer a free trial, general subscription payments are non-refundable. However, we maintain a human-first approach to customer support and review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Billing error adjustments — If you were double-billed or charged due to a system lag, we will issue a 100% refund immediately
Technical downtime credits — If a core feature is completely inaccessible due to server crashes, we will apply credits to your next month
Support-evaluated exceptions — Exceptional cases can be raised directly to our billing support staff
